Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Refunds are only issued for missing items or defective products, subject to our verification. We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, wrong sizing, or personal preference.

Defective or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if an item is missing from your order, please email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

To start a return request:

Email cs@ibuazizah.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect (if applicable).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with your completed returns note.

Send your parcel using a trackable delivery method.

Return deadlines:

Local orders: Returns must reach us within 30 calendar days of the dispatch date.

International orders: Returns must reach us within 45 calendar days of the dispatch date.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. All return parcels must be handled via mailing — we do not accept in-person drop-offs.

You are also responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain all proof of mailing until we confirm receipt.

Refund Process

If your return is accepted after inspection, we will process a refund in the form of store credit. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to reject the return and decline any refund or store credit.
